Blacklisted Birthday: Meet DeNae Handy

Welcome to Day 2 of the birthday party for Blacklisted!

Today I want you to meet DeNae Handy. I’ve never actually met her, you know, in the old fashioned sense. That’s why I thought she was a perfect fit for a virtual party. DeNae and I connected some years ago through the blogosphere (as the geeks call it) and have stayed in touch through social media and blogs, and even discussed the infamous Abercrombie & Fitch swimsuit debacle for Parenting Squad.

DeNae is positive and bubbly, and I suspect the life of any real life party. I’m so happy you get to meet here here. She writes about her real life on her blog, My Real Life Was Backordered. She also helps bloggers be better in live events.

I found it brave and incisive, and gave it the thoughtful answer it deserved: “@Lela, it’s because it’s difficult to pour booze and flog yourself at the same time.”
